Daybook, 1763-1771.

Entries document quantities and types of bread sold by Crooke from 1763 to 1771. White bread, butter bread, ships bread, and hollow bread where among the types sold in barrels and kegs. References are also made to the purchase of flour. Crooke sold his product to many prominent New York families and ships' captains. The back of the volume contains a section for Crooke's account with Beverly Robinson.
